What is the PRO 2P?

The PRO 2P is Paradox's mid-tier two-player upright — the sweet spot between the entry ECO and the flagship FALCON. Built from ¾″ CNC-milled plywood in Houston, TX, powered by a real i7 PC, and loaded with 19,000+ games.

Every PRO includes RGB LED buttons, RGB trackball & spinner, 32″ HD monitor, 80W 2.1 sound, storage drawer with Kaizen foam insert, wireless keyboard/trackpad, Wi-Fi remote support, and a fully custom art package. Upgrade options include backlit control panel, LCD marquee, light guns, and video kickplate.

1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty

Every Paradox Arcade System ships with a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. If something fails under normal use, we'll fix it — no runaround.

PC Components: Internal PC hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, PSU) carries the respective manufacturer warranty in addition to our 1-year coverage.

Remote Support: Wi-Fi remote support is included for the life of your cabinet, not just the warranty period. We can connect to your machine remotely to diagnose and resolve software issues.

What's Covered

Cabinet structural integrity, electronics, controls, monitors, lighting, and PC hardware under normal residential or commercial use. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents is not covered.

Nationwide Freight Shipping

All Paradox cabinets ship to all 48 contiguous states via LTL freight on a reinforced pallet. White-glove service is included — your cabinet is brought inside to the first-floor room of your choice.

Lead time: Approximately 10 weeks from order date. We'll confirm your ship window once your build enters the queue.

Local Houston pickup / delivery: Houston-area customers can arrange direct pickup from our shop or in-home delivery. Contact us after purchase to coordinate.

Delivery Day Tips

Have at least one person available to help maneuver the cabinet inside. Measure your doorways and hallways ahead of time — most standard cabinets are 32–47″ wide. The control panel can be removed on 4P models to reduce depth if needed for tight doorways.

How long does it take to build and ship? +

Lead time is approximately 10 weeks from order date. After purchase we'll reach out to finalize your art package, color choices, and any upgrades — so the sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can lock in your build. You'll receive a tracking notification when your cabinet ships.

What happens after I place my order? +

We'll email you within 1–2 business days to kick off the design process. This includes confirming your side art concept, marquee design (if applicable), and any upgrades or add-ons. We handle the full art package — just bring ideas or reference images.

Do you ship nationwide? How does it arrive? +

Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states via freight carrier. The cabinet ships fully assembled on a reinforced pallet and is brought to your door (threshold delivery). White-glove in-room delivery is available in select areas. Local Houston-area customers can also arrange pickup or in-home delivery directly.

How many games are included, and what kinds? +

Every Paradox cabinet ships with over 19,000 games — retro arcade, console (NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, PS1, and more), handheld classics, and even select modern PC titles. Can I save my progress and high scores? +

Yes. Save states are supported for all emulated console games — pause anywhere, resume any time. High scores for arcade titles are saved automatically per game. Your data persists across power cycles.

Can I add my own games later? +

Absolutely. Because these are real PCs, you have full access to the system. You can add games via USB drive or download them directly using the included Wi-Fi. LaunchBox/BigBox makes it straightforward to add new titles to your library.

Does it support modern games, or just retro? +

Both. The dedicated GPU and i7 processor mean you can run many modern PC titles, not just retro emulation. This is the biggest hardware advantage over Pi-based machines — no dropped frames on demanding games, and a ceiling that keeps growing.

What PC is inside — can it be upgraded? +

The PRO ships with an Intel i7, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650 or better, and a 2TB SSD. PC upgrades are available at checkout — including higher-end GPUs for more demanding titles. Because it's a standard PC inside, you can upgrade components yourself down the road too.

What monitor size and type does it come with? +

Standard is a 32″ 1920×1080 16:9 display. You can upgrade at checkout to a G-Sync variable refresh monitor, or a 35″ 4:3 monitor if you prefer the classic arcade aspect ratio.

Setup & Support

Is it easy to set up — does it arrive ready to play? +

Yes. Every cabinet ships fully assembled. Unbox it, roll it into position, plug it in, and you're playing. No assembly required, no software installation, no configuration. The wireless keyboard and trackpad are included and already paired.

What if I need help after it arrives? +

We include Wi-Fi remote support — we can log in remotely and help you with anything, from adding games to troubleshooting. Most issues are resolved in minutes without any technical knowledge on your end. You can also reach us directly via email or phone.

Is there a warranty? +

SHIPPING

Shipping is “white glove” LTL freight service. Service includes indoor delivery to first-floor room of your choice. We provide the tracking number once your arcade leaves the shop, from there you’ll receive a call from the carrier to schedule your delivery.
